Hello JT,

Thank you again for responding to my question.

The only log option that I've found is the log script
viewer as the modem is connecting. It shows that I've
connected and then I am able to look at a window which
provides details of packets sent and received, bytes
in and out, etc.

I've looked in the log file that is in my home
directory and it is empty. Is that indicative of a
problem?

Where do I go from here?

Thanks again,

Tim
