I must be missing something. Why not rent/lease the computers with the
software you require.
As a Microsoft OEM I can obtain Microsoft software at a discount for
computer I supply to customers. Win to the public here costs approx $150,
trade price is $85. Office can also be supplied in an OEM form.
The other point that comes to mind, which so much depends on your supplier,
is the finger pointing exercise that can happen. 'Nothing wrong with our
hardware it is the software' Buy/rent/lease from one source and it is their
problem totally.
