Firstly thanks to Ron & Warren for their input on my 3 questions regarding
Spam, Hotmail & Outlook Express.
As a new member of this group maybe I should introduce myself.
I am English but living in a town at the southern tip of Israel. I have a
heavy computer background (M.Sc Computing + 27 years) as I have only ever
worked in the computer industry.
I think (happy to be proved wrong) that my setup is different from other
list members.
I do not own any of the 10 current, soon to be 12, locations where I
supply public internet. I do not understand the food & beverage business
apart from I like a good cup of tea (impossible here) end enjoy eating &
drinking.
My computers are all controlled by coinboxes. I have tried manual
systems
(pain in the @#$% in busy sites) and software solutions. A hardware
solution is better for me in that it gives me greater control over the
revenue and is harder to circumvent than software.
I look forward to being an active member of the group sharing my experience
& 'expertise'.
