Hasn't someone done some work on a bean bag round for a
baton gun? That would appear to offer possibilities
even against armed criminals.

I think baton guns are a waste of time because they are
single shot, or should I say "single miss"! LAPD use
pump-action shotguns which seems a better launch
platform.
