1.4 million a year of tax payers money ... think again ... with the
Constabulary contributions it is a lot more and unless you can find any
donations from private individuals or companies it's 100 per cent funded by
the tax payer.
You are right on about ACPO being a political lobby group with _special
privileges_ and _status_.
