Kinnie and I did a 26.1 mile ride thru the mountains of Nash county around Red Oak at 8am, averaged 20.6 mph. Before we cooled down at the end the average was 21.4. Had a head wind and humidity. All I could do to stay with her. Great ride and help me work at 83% of max heart rate which was great. She's is strong on that bike. Then she was going to the Y to swim laps.
