Yes, there are such things as alien beings, and/or spirits that refuse to
leave and move on.
I believe that there was some type of paranormal force that kept Zeus out
there where in our real time of 24 hrs, would translate to nano seconds in
a paranormal state.
I would take Ruby's advice and try to find out the past history of this
property (discretely) as I'm sure being a small town they do know what went
on, but ain't gonna tell a 'newcomer' the past history.
In any event you need to get some professional help to get this 'entity'
moved on.
