Tammy,
    I don't know if this is this dogs problem, but I was at handling class on
Wed and there was a discussion about "cold tail" Apparently it causes the dog to
have a "paralyzed" tail. My instructor was saying that it was caused by being
washed in cold water, or swimming in cold water. And it is temporary. Like I
said, this may not be your dog's problem, but something to consider.
