Ok, so there is some interest after all.
Well, I recommend we use the following page to note our ideas

I'll start some initial work [slow as I'm doing this on hobby time :-)
] and keep you folks posted. A darcs-gui branch on darcs.net might be
nice, but non-essential. I guess we could use some other server (a
trac+darcs installation, maybe).

The different suffixes might confuse people.
That's a good point. In that case, darcs-gui or maybe darcs-interface
(to avoid the ui/gui pair). But I guess the deciding factor is how
much interest or traffic such a list could really generate.
