As promised, here is an update on the wxhaskell darcs gui project.
I have submitted some patches to darcs-devel which freshen up the
pre-existing GUI code so that it compiles, and which add a rudimentary
front-end so that you can use darcs without the command-line. Note
that a lot of basic functionality, such as 'darcs add' is missing, but
perhaps what we have here is functional enough to suggest what a darcs
gui *might* be like. Hopefully, somebody more competent will be
inspired to take over this project... please? :-)

The usual disclaimers apply: please expect this code to be buggy and

(1) Don't forget to configure --with-wx
(2) Might not work. One #darcs user reports some trouble on this with
Tiger. I'm on Panther. Perhaps some mac-savvy person could help me
improve the dmg-creation process (see the osx subdirectory), or at
least try running make wxDarcs.dmg on Tiger
