Thanks very much for your call last week! It has really clarified a few things for us. I think we're about ready to sign the agreement as is. For Section 6, we have decided to form a small Oversight Committee consisting of well known darcs developers and users. Basically the idea is to provide a formal mechanism for the darcs community to overthrow its leader. The job of the Oversight Committee is to pick somebody to represent darcs to the SFC (indefinitely) and to replace that person should the need arise. The Oversight Committee will be self-governing, working out its own own rules and membership. Would something like this be sufficiently well-defined for purposes of the agreement? Many thanks!
