Yes, as well as any names and acronyms. For example if you had a filter
combobox:
filter Gaussian
Catmull-Rom
Bessel
sinc
All names are capitalized except 'sinc'.
This is also the approach taken in Nuke (which, too, uses lower case for
all controls).
