My operating system is windows 10 and version wise, I really just installed what the site itself is providing from anyone that stumbles upon it w/ windows. I just want to know why I'm unable to select my image to work on, because the only explaintion I'm getting is that JPEG and other files work, yet my JPEG isn't working. I can understand if I'm not provided much information on my issue, but I dont know what you want from me to help anyone figure this out for me. I'm just 18 and just got into photography for a class of mine, and I want to get to know more on editing my photos; please don't expect me to know everything.
