According to
<http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/forums/thread19970.htm>, the Canon
7D has a RAW+JPEG mode.  Please activate it, and deactivate lens
correction, and switch off "Highlight Priority" and "Auto Lighting",
if your camera has those.  In general, select an as neutral mode as
possible for the JPEG.

Then, take a picture with problematic skin tones and upload both its
JPEG and its RAW somewhere.
