You want:
exiftool -overwrite_original -Model="F6" ./*.{raf,RAF}'
I image this can also be accomplished quicker with exiv2 which is compiled
rather than a perl script.
I did this for sometime as my Nikon D7100 model was not
recognized/supported then.
