On the rare occasions that I've wanted to emulate some of the non-linear voodo that happens in my camera firmware (usually related to skin tones), I've found that the Color Zones module is usually capable of getting pretty close, probably far more capable than I am at providing it with the right settings. :)
The attached style uses Color Zones and Tone Curve modules to get an approximation of the blue tones from your jpeg... it's not nearly a perfect match, but might be enough to serve as a starting point if you wanted to try this approach yourself. I often find that I get results that I like *better* than the camera jpeg, if I don't get too hung up on exact duplication.
