@Michael: Your version is very nice, but the whole idea was to demonstrate
the difference in highlight handling between LR and DT, not to get a nice
image overall.
@Pascal: Your version cheats, by cropping away the problems.

What I wanted to get out of all this was if there is any chance that DT
will get better at handling highlights in the not too far future. If not
I'll probably learn to live with it, but it's definitely high on my wish
list!
