With my 27 inch screen darktable defaults to 109 dpi, which is the 
system setting, but for me text settings in darktable are simply very 
hard to read.

Will it have a negative impact on photo correction itself if I, for 
example, set the default from

screen_dpi_overwrite=-1.0 to
screen_dpi_overwrite=120

which makes text settings easier to read.
I also tried 150 , a pleasure!
