dcraw should support the Foveon files just fine (like it supports
pretty much everything), so at least ufraw should support them as
well. It's also easy to make darktable load them as rawspeed already
supports them. But for that to be useful we need a new module to do
the color smoothing required to get decent output. Basically this code
from dcraw:
