Thanks, why didn't I think of that? :-/ What that told me about the DNG at hand is that my theory seems to be wrong, the sub ifd with the image does have COMPRESSION set. Not sure why it's not considered. I might have some time over the weekend to dig into that a bit. > Cheers, > > Pedro Tobias
