Hi Tim,

Just dug up the old correspondence - see in part below. I'd forgotton how
detailed we got last time.
Was hoping I'd have more luck with a different brand of Printer. Difference
is no "squashing" is occurring
Using the predefined page sizes seems to have no effect on the Oki Printer
either
so I'm thinking we may have already exhausted all the options available
:-( unless you have
a recently discovered solution :-)
