Hi Colin,

First of all, what Windows printer driver are you using with the Oki
ML721? I went online and looked up the Okidata Microline 721 on the
Okidata website but they don't offer a driver for download. They say:
"Driver support is included within the Operating System. If you cannot
find your specific printer model please consult your user manual for a
list of compatible Emulations." So I downloaded and read the user manual
and it seems to indicate that the printer comes with a CD with drivers.
And there is no ML721 driver pre-included with Windows (2000 or XP). So
what driver is being used with the printer?

Then, what is the exact paper size you're trying to use?

Finally, does the printer driver have a predefined paper size that
exactly matches the actual paper size?

I know we've been down some of this road before, but if I have some
exact specs I can do some experimenting here.

Tim Rude
