Well, just to beat this to death, I guess you are indeed using assigned drive letter for the network location (e.g., net use j: \\server\sharename /persistent:yes) ? Also, why can't you just use the Novell tcp/ip client since you use NW6.5? ________________________________

The problem is seeing the app after starting DP -- no apps appear listed on network folder, even though one is clearly present -- it just does not show in DP -- but does show in any file manager. I think I have a handle on shortcut setup -- although I am starting DP from WP Office Shell 3.1. DP starts fine as I mentioned earlier, it just does not display any apps in the same directory that DP is started from and same as designated directory in Shell setup. So, I wonder if at anytime during your network setup did you run into problem where you could start DP but could not see any apps displayed? If yes, what setting changed that?
