Thanks for feedback everyone, it seems it is DFSG-incompatible. I think my use of words cuased some confusion: I did not intend to say that I believe this license would be DFSG-compatible, but merely that I'm open to my own opinion on it being wrong (which has happened before). I agree with everyone so far that it is DFSG-incompatible.
