It is, most of all, pointless.

Voters are still required to read all the proposals, just as people using LLMs for programming are still required to read and understand all of the code they submit.

So reading this summary is *additional* work. We don't even know if it accurately reflects the state of the discussion, because we'd need to invest even more *additional* work into verifying that, let alone bringing it into an acceptable shape if it isn't.
