Charles, you may have missed that line:
WHITELIST IP 63.107.174.1
So the IP is ALREADY listed - and it's ignoring it (at least for the
MAILFROM test).

I had one that was stubborn about this, and I added an A record, problem
went away. Mine was also whitelisted.
