See, I vaguely remember that someone made a change there.

It seems the default is ON.  Because in MY case it's now using the ACTUAL
recipient - and I do NOT have SWITCHREP defined at all.

If this switch were to work as you describe (ON = ACTUAL, OFF/Null =
INTENDED), then it should be using the intended recipient - and it does NOT.

What do we do next?

Yes -- and there's a new config option in 1.28 that is designed to help
with this.  If you have a line "SWITCHRECIP ON" in the global.cfg file,
Declude will use the actual recipient instead of the intended
recipient.  This may change it, however, so that you will see the actual
recipient in the variables rather than the intended recipient.
