No, it will not. It has to be an exact match.

We're looking into something that will take care of this automatically. If
only IMail would generate unique filenames, it wouldn't be a problem
(Declude is forced to rename the file, as IMail will often generate
duplicate filenames, which would prevent Declude from moving a file to the
hold directory if there was already one in there with the same name).
