Scott, Thanks for all of your help on this - as I soon suspected after replying to you, it turned out to be one of my guys here playing with the word filters, and had turned the WEIGHT10 value to "0" in testing various things...Sorry for the false alarm.....
I do have one other thing....I accidently ran the declude.exe file again today (I'm a keyboard shortcut person - doesn;t always fair well in windows) and the junkmail and virus processes are now not running; i stopped/started smtp several times with no liuck; have search mail archives and cannot find anything directly to this....any suggestions?
