Normally, running the Declude.exe file manually won't cause any problems if Declude has already been installed. The only problem should be if Declude hasn't already been installed.I do have one other thing....I accidently ran the declude.exe file again today (I'm a keyboard shortcut person - doesn;t always fair well in windows) and the junkmail and virus processes are now not running; i stopped/started smtp several times with no liuck; have search mail archives and cannot find anything directly to this....any suggestions?
Could you save the Declude diagnostics (by going to a command prompt and typing "\IMail\declude -diag > diag.txt" (*exactly* like that, with no changes). This will report the diagnostic information to a file diag.txt, which you can send me. From that, I should be able to tell where the problem is.
