I had previously stopped/restarted smtp service, both from the IMAIL admin/SMTP tab and the win control panel services;
declude logs are not being generated - junkmail and virus both stopped logging at 10.28am; have dbl checked to be sure that log file directories are all correclty entered in the config files - I was initially thinking at first that the 're-install' had overwrote the spool file directory entry modifications we have made in the past, but not the case....
