We have hijack turned "Off" right now trying to diagnose some IMail Spool
build ups.....
The diagnostics look fine. I would recommend stopping/restarting the IMail SMTP service. If that doesn't fix it, some more details of the problem would be helpful (such as whether or not a log file is being created, or whether there is any indication that Declude is working).
