Can you tell me why I have 88 Orphaned E-mails and how to get rid of
them

# E-mails being received right now: 86
# E-mails being delivered right now: 29 [31 recips]
# E-mails awaiting re-tries: 12 [13 recips]
# E-mails awaiting first delivery attempt: 0 [0 recips]
# Overflow E-mails: 99 [127 recips]
# Orphaned E-mails: 88

Those are D*.SMD files with no matching Q*.SMD file, and are usually due to "double bounces" (if you send out an E-mail that can't be delivered, and the bounce can't be delivered either). You can just delete the D*.SMD files if there are no matching Q*.SMD files.
