That's good to know, however Declude is only capable of slowing down the processing but not stopping it all together, and only under volume that pushes the limits of your server in normal circumstances should this cause things to remain backed up I would think. I certainly have no problems using 15-20 RBL's regardless of whether or not they are reachable at any given moment because my mail volume is significantly lower than what my server can handle (I'm working to change that dynamic though). On the other hand, if both DNS servers that I have configured in IMail went down, all but locally addressed E-mail would collect in the queue. That was the root of my suggestion (copied from one of Scott's old replies on this subject).
