We are using serial ATA on other servers. I am combining two existing servers with mylex raid controllers to creat a new imail server.
Our current server is a single processor and our filters are killing the performance of the server. We will end up with a dual processon pIII800 and 3 sets of mirrored drives. I am leaning towards the LSI controller because I have had problems with the Adaptec RAID in the past. Thank you for all the suggestions.
