Any list like spamcop that allows end users to submit canidates is only good for weighting emails. AOL and Hotmail find their way on there now and then
I used to hold on CBL, I only saw a false positive every 30,000 messages or so, but I have since moved to a pure weighting system which has dropped my false positive rate to one or two every 70,000 messasges or so.
