Removing the hot fix worked for us.
What a pain in the a$$.
Had to redo thousands of pictures.

Its been almost 3 hours since I removed the update and so far its
working. Over the last few days we would see corrupt images very
quickly.
Not sure if this is working or not yet but it looks good.
