The error message to me implies that for some reason, the recipient mail
server was not able to finish processing the receipt of the email. I am
guessing that some "spam" mechanism is not gracefully ending the process.
But this suggestion of low disk space is pretty good!
Defining the issue would be much easier if someone on the recipient end was
willing to participate. The emails are going through again though we have no
idea exactly why.

Nothing to do with Declude as this is SmarterMail attempting to deliver

message. Declude only scans and acts on the message and then "gives" it

We are using Smartermail 3.x with Declude 4.x and Message Sniffer running

not using Hijack. Late last week, we started getting undeliverable emails

a client (only happens with this client - any emails at their domain) with
the following showing up in the returned email:

They are a city govt agency and their help desk/IT support is unwilling to
help at this point as the problem "has to be on our end".
Is the problem something with Smartermail or Declude?
or on their end?
It seems to be only with their domain and we have not had any similar
complaints from any other clients to any other domains.
