Well, no offense intended (allright, maybe a little since you are a godless communist after all): since those are both private networks, you could have avoided the whole bother by making your home private network a 10 net like the one at work.. with the same net mask. But you're probably one of those tough-it-out-for-God-and-country kind of stiff upper lip Brits right :-)?
