I love Delphi too but...

We ar four Deplhi programmers in Argentine and we are moving fast to 
Java with Eclipse IDE.
A lot of work is comming from the outside and there are not more Java 
programmers here.
Few month's ago we consider to switch to C# and .Net but rethinking the 
all thing we decided Java .
It's great it's portable it's stable in time. it's free.
