That would most likely explain most of your problems. NT is more stable
than 98, but it is still incredibly unstable. I dont see how its got
into so many big companies. There again, most of the ones running
mission critical apps DONT use NT.
ASB being the obvious exception. Pity they have (IMO) the best online
banking.
