Ummm, well I find it less stable, slower, sometimes a pain in the neck but generally nicer to use (certainly nicer to look at) ;-)
Really it's pretty similar to Win2k tho, main differences seem to be the appearance and a very few nice to have features (such as easy to use internet time synchronising). The pain in the neck occasions occur when XP decides it knows better than you do. For example when you search for strings within files it will refuse to search in .pas, .dfm etc files because it doesn't have a search routine registered for them. Another example, advanced security and folder sharing (ie what Win 2000 has) is turned off by default. All these can be fixed but you need to work out where to tweak it. Just my 2c.
