No it IS faster than win2k. I have due boot on my XP machine, and win2k is definitly slower. Ok, we are prob. not talking a LOT slower, but I do notice it. e.g. Load time of Delphi is I guess up to I suspect 4-5 if not more seconds faster on XP. I find its load time for most apps. is def. faster. Even Xp's startup and close down leaes win2k for dead !
In the 12mths or more (or it mightbe less I forget) I have had one bluse screenin XP, and that was self inflicted. Any talk of instability is prob. due to upgrading form win2k to xp which M$ dont even recommend.
