I know the theory and having spent nearly 2 years house-hunting (you don't want to know...) before buying, I certainly value the good agents letting us know about properties. But I only want to deal with the good agents and you have to suss those carefully. A good agent is someone who will also give you the address and let you do the driveby first anyway. The bad agent is the one that wants you to get into their car so they can try any of their hardsell techniques and waste my time. ---------------------------------------------------------- Phil Scadden, Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences 764 Cumberland St, Private Bag 1930, Dunedin, New Zealand Ph +64 3 4799663, fax +64 3 477 5232 _______________________________________________ Delphi mailing list [email protected] http://ns3.123.co.nz/mailman/listinfo/delphi
