The best data we have on the section edit link is, IIRC, the original
A/B test from a few years ago, summarized at:

I don't think we tested for revert rate at the time, but we should
certainly not make permanent further modifications to the location
without good data-informed reasoning. "Annoying" isn't sufficient.
