Priscilla, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the thinking behind providing access to the home directory UI through settings is that an advanced and technical Casual Collaborator would be comfortable manipulating the contents of their account (e.g. adding and revoking tickets, adding and removing collections) through the home directory browser UI.

That is correct. And what Ted/BCM had mentioned about debugging.

Also there's another use case for the home collection browser -- it is a valuable tool for us to help debug problems that end users are having, so I think that Casual Collaborators will also have a need (not that often I hope) to access the home collection browser.

Since the Home Directory UI behaves and visually looks completely different from the Casual Collaborator UI, I was also proposing that it would probably open a new window/tab to access it for now.
