Uh oh, I *am* sharing triage status. Maybe you unchecked triage
status in the Manage dialog for the share? Either way, I logged a bug

So to make this email a little more useful, to summarize:
Cans and Can'ts wrt read-only items:
1. Chandler Desktop users *should be able to* DnD read-only items
from read-only collections into other collections. We have lots of
use cases for this (e.g. Subscribe to a public events calendar, want
to add the events that you're attending to your personal calendar,
etc.) This is currently *not* working from the calendar canvas:

2. Chandler Desktop users should be able to edit Triage status and
Alarms if they are *not* sharing Triage status on the read-only
collection.
3. However, Chandler Desktop users should *not* be able to edit
triage status and Alarms if they *are* sharing Triage status on the
read-only collection. This is currently *not* working: http://
bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8383
4. Chandler Hub users will not be able to add items from one
collection to another in the Preview timeframe.
Editable read-only items
+ The read-only subscriber who reshares a read-only item by
publishing it in a different collection *cannot* edit the read-only
item in Chandler Desktop.
+ However, read-write subscribers to the read-only subscriber's
reshare *can* edit the read-only item.
+ The read-only subscriber *can* edit the read-only item via Chandler
Hub.
