I think that may be a bug? I don't remember making that decision from
a design perspective. But maybe this is the cheapest solution for now?

currently cannot edit those events in any way (even locally).
- No dragging the event to another calendar
- No mailing the event
I believe you can drag events to another calendar. But I could be
wrong, I don't have any read-only subscriptions.
