There is a chicken/egg problem we would have to get around: the
Dashboard collection is created out-of-the-box before the reload
takes place, yet the reload would have to be the one to assign the
Dashboard collection's UUID. So I don't have an obvious fix at the
moment. It's probably doable, but hard to pin down the amount of
work and what side-effects it would have, or how many engineers it
would involve. How's that for a fuzzy answer?
