Behavior we will have for Preview:
If you share any OOTB collection and then migrate a la Dump/Reload,
the shared OOTB collections are duped in the new Chandler because we
can't sync
up the UUIDs between the old shared OOTB collections and the new OOTB
collections.
Non-shared OOTB collections reload a-okay, their contents simply get
dumped
into the new OOTB collections since their UUIDs don't need to be
preserved so
the server can recognize them.

Post-Preview, we should look into hooking up shared OOTB collections
so that they don't dupe themselves on Reload.
